Working With Clients
There are several ways I work with you to ghostwrite or collaborate on a book or screenplay:
 - You provide written notes, diaries, documents, videos, letters, or newspaper and magazine clippings, and I conduct further research as required to write your book
- I structure and write the manuscript from scratch, conducting in-depth research, interviewing and transcribing the tapes of family members, friends, colleagues, experts, and others
- I edit and structure your own manuscript into a book that has a potential market.
- I adapt your manuscript or book to a screenplay, or turn your screenplay into a book as a novelization
 - If you have an idea for a book to promote your business or service I help you decide whether it is viable for a commercial publisher, and assist in turning it into a published book or help you self-publish by recommending reputable book designers, production and printing experts, and distributors.
- I create a professional query letter and/or book proposal to send to literary agents and commercial publishers based on your own already-written manuscript
 - I can communicate with you by telephone, e-mail, fax, or mail. At least one personal meeting is recommended for me to capture your "voice" and style so that your book reflects your personality and character.
I have worked under contract for clients using all of the above methods. Some, of course, entail far more work than others.
I make our collaboration as simple as possible, obtaining the information from you during an initial meeting then talking with you once a week or so. I provide you with regular updates and drafts. I can travel anywhere to work with you.
